Where do I find my login details?

After your purchase we email your login. Players accept one of two formats, and your email tells you which you have.

Xtream Codes login

Server / URL, Username, Password

Three separate pieces of information. The app signs in to your account, so you get the TV guide, sorted categories and your expiry date. Use this one where the app offers it.

M3U playlist

One long link ending in .m3u

A single link containing your whole playlist. Works everywhere, including VLC, but carries no guide and no account information. Keep it private — it is your subscription.

Tip: your plan allows a set number of devices at once. If a stream stops working, another device is probably using the slot — log out there, or message us and we will check.

Steps for Amazon Fire TV / Firestick

Install Hot Player with the free Downloader app — the whole thing is one code: 395800.

Step 01
Allow unknown apps
On your Fire TV: Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → Install unknown apps → turn ON for Downloader. If Developer options is missing, open Settings → My Fire TV → About and click Fire TV Stick seven times.
Step 02
Open the Downloader app
Install Downloader by AFTVnews from the Amazon Appstore if you do not have it, then open it once so it has permission to run.
Step 03
Enter code 395800
In the Downloader URL box, type 395800 and press Go. Hot Player downloads straight to your stick.
Step 04
Install Hot Player
When the download finishes choose Install, then Open. You can delete the installer file afterwards to free up space.
Step 05
Log in
Choose Xtream Codes and enter the server, username and password from your activation email — or Load M3U if that is what you were sent.
Step 06
Watch
Open Live TV, Movies or Series. Your channels and the full guide load within a few seconds.
