1. Information you give us

When you place an order we ask for:

• your email address, so we can send your invoice and login details
• your phone or WhatsApp number, so we can send the same information there and help with setup

If you contact us for support, we also hold whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation — typically your device type and a description of the problem.

If you enter a phone number in the order form and then leave without completing the order, we keep that number so we can offer to help you finish. We record it only once the number is complete and you have moved on to the next field — nothing is stored while you are still typing, and a number that is never completed is never stored. We do not keep any other detail from an unfinished order. Ask us and we will delete it.

We do not ask for, and do not want, your card or bank details on this website. No payment is taken here.

2. Order information

Alongside your contact details, an order record holds the plan and term you chose, the number of devices, the total to be invoiced, the page you ordered from, and any campaign parameters present in the link you arrived through.

Payment, when you make one, happens on our payment provider’s own secure checkout page, not on this website. They receive your email address and the amount, and they handle your card details — we never see or store them. Your order record notes that a payment succeeded and for how much, nothing more.

3. Technical information

Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested, which can include an IP address, browser type and the page requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure.

The site itself stores a small amount of information in your own browser: your order summary is held in session storage so the confirmation page can show it, and it is cleared when you close the tab. See our Cookie Policy for the detail.

4. Why we process it

• To prepare and send your invoice, and to activate your subscription.
• To provide support, including setup help and troubleshooting.
• To handle refund requests.
• To keep the website secure and working.
• To meet obligations the law places on us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

5. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the providers who help us run the service: our hosting provider, our email provider, and the upstream subscription provider who activates your line. Each acts on our instructions.

We will also disclose information if we are legally required to.

6. Payments and invoices

Payment happens away from this website, through the instructions on your invoice. We receive confirmation that an invoice has been paid. We do not receive or store your full card number.

7. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to order and support records is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.

8. How long we keep it

We keep order and support records for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can handle renewals, refunds and any dispute. After that we delete them or reduce them to anonymous records.

9. Your requests

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@streamplay4k.com and we will respond.

If you ask us to delete information we need in order to keep your subscription running, we will explain what that means before acting.

10. Analytics

At the time this policy was last updated, no analytics or advertising service is loaded on this website. If we add one, this policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated before it goes live.
