What you need on hand
Any Fire TV Stick or Fire TV device
Fire TV Stick Lite, HD, 4K and 4K Max, the Fire TV Cube and Fire TV smart TVs all run the app. It is about 3 MB and built to stay light on older sticks with little memory. For 4K you need a 4K stick, a 4K TV and a channel broadcast in 4K.
A plan and its app code
After payment is confirmed we email an 8-character app code, plus an Xtream Codes login and an M3U link for any other player. Everything arrives together.
The free Downloader app
Downloader, from the Amazon Appstore, installs our app from one code: 2073266. Fire TV asks you to allow it once, and the steps below show where.
A steady home connection
Around 15 Mbps is comfortable for HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K. A wired adapter or the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band beats a crowded 2.4 GHz network for live sport.

Get Downloader
On the Fire TV home screen, search for Downloader and install it. It is free, from the Amazon Appstore.

Allow it to install apps
Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → Install unknown apps → Downloader → On. No Developer options? Open Settings → My Fire TV → About and press OK on your device name 7 times.

Type 2073266
Open Downloader, type the code 2073266 and press Go.

Install
Press Install when the download ends, then Open. The app is now with your apps.

Sign in
Type the app code from your login email.

Xtream Codes
Three fields: server, username, password. Most players ask for these by name, and the guide and channel groups come through with it.
M3U playlist
A single link you paste in, for players that only offer "load playlist". Both are sent with every plan; neither is held back.
