1. Our position

StreamPlay4K is a reseller of IPTV subscription services. We do not host, stream, store, upload, record or transmit any audio or video content, and we do not operate the servers that deliver it. Content reached through a subscription is supplied by third-party providers.

Because of this, we are usually not the right party to remove a specific stream or title. We can, however, pass a notice to the upstream provider and act on subscriptions used in breach of our terms.

2. Sending a copyright notice

If you own a copyright, or are authorised to act for the owner, and you believe material reachable through our service infringes it, email support@streamplay4k.com with the subject line "Copyright Notice".

So that we can act on it, please include:

• your full name, and the rights holder you represent if that is not you
• contact details we can reply to — email, and a postal address or phone number
• a clear identification of the work you say is infringed
• a clear identification of the material you are complaining about, and enough detail for us to locate it
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them
• your physical or electronic signature

3. What we do with it

We review every notice we receive. Where the complaint concerns a subscription we supplied, we may suspend or terminate it. Where it concerns content carried by an upstream provider, we forward the notice to them.

We will confirm receipt and tell you what action we have taken.

4. Counter-notice

If your subscription was suspended over a copyright complaint and you believe that was a mistake, email support@streamplay4k.com with an explanation and any evidence. We will review it and restore access if the complaint does not stand up.

5. Repeat infringers

Subscriptions that are the subject of repeated, substantiated copyright complaints are terminated without refund.
